Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 24 hours before your booking time. Please note that your deposit cannot be refunded if you must cancel after this deadline. Reschedule is possible until 2 hours before your visit, please contact us via WhatsApp 92989200 for rescheduling. If you must change your time of visit after this deadline, we will retain your deposit/prepayment.
